Shipping

We try to ship the same day order is received.

Weekends and holidays are excluded.

If we are out of stock of any items you order, we will notify you right away. You may then:

  • Cancel the order for a full refund.
  • Accept all the other items and receive a refund for the out of stock item(s).
  • Delay shipment until the new stock arrives.

Our obligation is to deliver the products at the delivery address you have specified in your order. We will not dispatch the products until we have received cleared funds. Our carriers may deliver the products at any time during the day.

We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay. Delivery of goods is outside of our control. Therefore, any dates specified for the delivery, are approximate and are not guaranteed.

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within five days of the expected delivery date.

We use independent carriers. If there is nobody available to receive the goods, they will be left at your premises by the courier. We cannot accept any liability for lost, stolen or items which have not been received, after they have been collected from us by the courier. We advise that you follow the tracking provided and ensure that someone is available to receive the goods. If that is not possible, we recommend you leave a signed note, in a prominent position, requesting the courier to leave the items in a specific location, or with a close neighbor.
